Moonlight
Project Moonlight is Adobe's unified agentic service, introduced at MAX 2025. It connects creative work across apps into one continuous flow. You describe what you want, and it generates and refines content in your style, without switching tools or breaking focus.

Problem
Agentic experiences are new territory. There were no established patterns for how conversation UI should feel, how artifacts should appear and behave, or how users move from a simple starting point into deeper creative work. My role was to define that foundation, a visual system and interaction language.
Design prototype
Once the core story is in place, I walk the full flow end to end. This is where gaps show up, in the interaction logic, in what the UI is asking of the user, and in whether the progression feels natural. Figma is where that thinking gets tested and validated.

Conversational UI
A conversation has a voice. We defined not just layout but rhythm, creating a shared foundational pattern that scaled across the company.
Prompt bar
The prompt bar shifts shape depending on where the user is in their workflow. It is one of many ways to communicate with the agent, but it is always the thread that holds the experience together.
Promotion video at MAX 2025
At MAX 2025, we brought a working prototype to the stage. Seeing it live in front of an audience was the moment it stopped being a concept and became real.
